Evaluating knowledge management effect on differentiation competitive strategy creation via organization value chain
Abstract
The purpose of this research is evaluating knowledge management effect on differentiation competitive strategy creation via organization value chain .this article based on results of a survey conducted in software system firms .for designing conceptual framework we review the literature and history of research include of definitions, concepts, models and research finding of others. we use organization value chain model as a base to evaluate knowledge management effect on organizational processes .at first we perform exploratory studies such as text analysis and conducting interview and then evaluate effect of knowledge management indexes on different organization parts via survey method .we use questionnaire to measure KM processes ,innovation (individual, group and organizational) .employees special skills and customer satisfaction .we use structural equation model and LISREL software to examine relationship between variables .finally the variable relationships in conceptual model confirmed.

The moderating role of organizational justice on perception of organization politics and communication apprehension
Abstract:
Communication is the source of society culture and evolution as Human can transfer their skills and knowledge to others by it . it's lack will have irretrievable effect and a phenomenon is called communication apprehension could have bad effects on interpersonal relationships in both workplace and employee's efficiency. It can disrupt organizational communication flow. This study aims to study the impact of organizational politics on communication apprehension caused by organizational justice. Therefore, it is examined among branches of a governmental bank in Khorasan Razavi province with 256 sample size. The findings support the impact of organizational politics on communication apprehension but organizational justice doesn't influence the impact of organizational politics on communication apprehension. With attention to the declared results, management should notice to organization politics and their employees’ perception from it because it can lead to increase organization efficiency and productivity.

Investigating the barriers of women's entrepreneurship in Iran Society (Case: the women entrepreneurs of Yazd province)
Abstract
Women’s entrepreneurship has a tremendous potential in empowering women and transforming society. Recently, it has been recognized that more and more women in many cultures such as our country are becoming entrepreneurs in a formal sense. However, the prospect of women becoming entrepreneurs is limited by various barriers. The statistics show that less than 10 per cent of the entrepreneurs in Iran are women and a host of barriers prevent women from realizing their full potential as entrepreneurs.
This article tries to explore and identify the barriers of women's entrepreneurship in Iran. At the first we investigated the literature on barriers to women’s entrepreneurship. Then by using of experts opinions, theses barriers are classified into seven dimensions and 41 factors. Then we used statistical methods to analyses the data collected from women entrepreneurs of Yazd province. Outcomes show that 30 factors in six dimensions affect women entrepreneurship. These six dimensions are familial, scientific, personality, financial, culture-society and regulation. And the nurture dimension has no effect on women entrepreneurship.

Study the relationship between organizational justice perception and organizational citizenship behavior
Abstract
Organizational citizenship behavior can be defined as voluntary and spontaneous behaviors that extend beyond employees' normal job duties. Employee's perception of justice in compensation programs, organizational procedures and interpersonal behaviors can have a key role in developing and encouraging OCB. In order to study the relationship between organizational justice perception and OCB, factor analysis technique has been used to test the validity of related questions and by using path analysis (structural equation modeling) this relationship has been examined as well. The research findings indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational justice perception and OCB, and among three dimensions of justice, interactional justice has the highest correlation with OCB in compare with distributive and procedural justice. The results also show that there is relationship among three dimensions of justice.

perceived conflict and conflict management styles
Abstract
Dealing effectively with workplace conflicts is a great challenge in employees' interactions at work. Conflict is almost inevitable in individual and organizational life because it stems from so many different factors. This study aimed to promote understanding of conflict and conflict management styles in organizations. For this purpose, a sample of 43 mangers and employees of an educational institution (university) were randomly selected. Appropriate statistical analysis including Mann- Whitney test, Pearson Correlation, and were utilized to analyze research data that was collected by using Dubrin and Rahim questionnaires.
The findings of this article show that, although, there is no significant difference among managers and employees in perceived conflict, managers perceive more conflict than employees in this organization. Furthermore, results show that major styles of conflict management among employees are compromise and avoidance styles, although there is no significant difference among managers and employees in using conflict management styles. Some support was found for the effect of age, education & tenure on conflict management styles.

Investigation of marketing research‘s effect on performance via market orientation culture at traveling agencies located in Mashhad province
Abstract
Ever changing of business trends and the increase of competition among companies has made the surrounding environment of organizations, more different. Diagnosing the future business routs and moving through theses roads in the way that organizational goals might be achievable, highlights the importance of marketing research existence. That’s to be considered, based on researchers view; market orientation affected by marketing research can improve the performance results of organization. Consequently, in order to study hypothesizes written based on model, reliable and valid questionnaires are distributed among traveling agencies located in Mashhad province as a data pool. The analysis of gathered data was based path analysis approach. Also results revealed that marketing research had a significant effect on market orientation and performance, while market orientation also influenced the performance significantly. However, though all hypothesizes are confirmed, but the main hypothesis of study indicating the moderating role of market orientation between marketing research and performance is doubtful.

An investigation into the state supporting policies towards co-operative firms, Case of: Khorasan Razavi manufacturing firms
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to explore the areas of state support towards regional co-operative manufacturing firms. A sample of 96 manufacturing and mining firms that were selected through proportional sampling plan, were provided with a designed questionnaire based on the theoretical concept of the context as well as pervious research in the domain. The findings of the study revealed that 78 percent of co-operative firms have no record of receiving support from state administration offices. A comparison between actual services delivered to the firms by national or local state offices with the expected supports as suggested by their top mangers is an indication of significant gap. On the basis of the research findings however, such a gap is not identical for the four different categories of physical facilities, commercial, technological, and training services that are recognized widely as supporting areas.
