مطالعة پدیدارشناسانة پیشآیندهای موقعیتی مقاومت رفتاری در برابر تغییر سازمانی
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، کاوش پیشآیندهای موقعیتی گونههای مختلف مقاومت رفتاری در برابر تغییر سازمانی طبق تجارب زیستة مدیران ارشد سازمانهای دولتی رفسنجان در چارچوب راهبرد پدیدارشناسی تفسیری بود. پژوهش در محدودة نظری رویکرد نگرشی به مقاومت در برابر تغییر انجام شده است. راهبرد پژوهش، پدیدارشناسی تفسیری و مشارکتکنندگان در آن مدیران ارشد سازمانهای دولتی رفسنجان بودند. نمونهگیری نوعی تا مرحلة اشباع نظری انجام شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار Maxqda استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بستر فراهمکنندة موقعیت برای خرابکاران، سبک رهبری اقتدارگرا، بیعدالتی ادراکشده و نیز ضعف نظامهای ارزیابی عملکرد و تشویق و تنبیه است. همچنین، ضعف نظام گزینش و جایابی، ضعف نظام آموزش، ضعف نظارت بر عملکرد، ابهام و گرانباری نقش عوامل موقعیتی اثرگذار در مقاومت بازماندگان هستند. بهعلاوه، معترضان از عوامل موقعیتی سبک رهبری مردمسالار، بیعدالتی و عدم حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده، ضعف نظامهای ارزیابی عملکرد، تشویق و تنبیه و اطلاعرسانی و از خود بیاختیارها از ضعف سه نظام گزینش و جایابی، آموزش و اطلاعرسانی به عنوان عوامل موقعیتی تأثیر میپذیرند.

بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر بقای شرکتهای تازهوارد (مورد مطالعه: صنایع استان مازندران)
هدف از مقاله حاضر، بررسی تأثیر دو مورد از متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر بقای شرکتهای تازهوارد در صنایع استان مازندران در فاصلۀ سالهای 1364-1394 است. برای جمعآوری دادهها و اطلاعات از پایگاه دادۀ وزارت صنایع و معادن استان مازندران و بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران استفاده شده و با استفاده از رویکرد تجزیهوتحلیل تاریخی- رویدادی به بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای مستقل بر بقای شرکتهای جدید پرداخته شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از مدل برآورد کننده حد محصول (کاپلان – مایر) و رویکرد جدول عمر استفاده شده و مدل نیمه پارامتریک رگرسیون Cox برای آزمون فرضیهها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در نتیجۀ این تحقیق، رابطۀ معنیداری میان نرخ تورم و نرخ ارز با بقای شرکت تأیید شد. همچنین مقایسهای بین توابع بقای شرکتهای موجود در صنایع مختلف استان انجام پذیرفت.

اثر رهبری تحولآفرین و قابلاعتماد بر توانمندسازی تیمی: تبیین نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی تیمی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر رهبری تحولآفرین و قابلاعتماد بر توانمندسازی تیمی با میانجیگری سرمایۀ روانشناختی تیمی، در شرکت توزیع نیروی برق اهواز در سال 1395 انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش پیمایشی، 226 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای بهعنوان نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای رهبری تحولآفرین، رهبری قابلاعتماد، سرمایۀ روانشناختی تیمی و توانمندسازی تیمی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOS-22 استفاده شده است. با توجه به شاخصهای برازش، مدل نهایی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیههای مستقیم نیز نشان داد که رهبری تحولآفرین و رهبری قابلاعتماد بر توانمندسازی تیمی و سرمایه روانشناختی تیمی اثر مثبت مستقیم داشتند. همچنین، نقش میانجیگر سرمایه روانشناختی تیمی در رابطۀ میان رهبری تحولآفرین و رهبری قابلاعتماد با توانمندسازی تیمی تأیید شد.

اثر شادکامی بر تابآوری با میانجیگری هوش عاطفی و هوش معنوی (مورد مطالعه: خبرنگاران روزنامههای کثیرالانتشار تهران)
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر شادکامی بر تابآوری خبرنگاران روزنامههای کثیرالانتشار تهران با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی هوش عاطفی و هوش معنوی انجام گرفت. از نظر روششناسی، پژوهش حاضر کاربردی بوده و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه خبرنگاران روزنامههای کثیرالانتشار شهر تهران تشکیل میدهد که جامعهای نامعین بوده و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری ترکیبی (طبقهای متناسب و در دسترس) بر طبق فرمول کوکران 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری دادهها از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد شادکامی آکسفورد، پرسشنامه هوش عاطفی شرینگ، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینگ و پرسشنامه تابآوری کونور و دیویدسون استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل نشان میدهد که شادکامی خبرنگاران روزنامههای کثیرالانتشار تهران، به طور مستقیم و همچنین با میانجیگری متغیرهای هوش عاطفی و هوش معنوی بر تابآوری خبرنگاران اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. در این پژوهش با توجه به نتایج، به مدیران سازمانهای رسانهای و خبرنگاران پیشنهاد میشود با همکاری و تعامل دوسویه نسبت به ایجاد زمینههای شادکامی در سازمان از قبیل تمرین شاد بودن، برگزاری دورههای مهارت هوش عاطفی و تمرین بیشتر جهت افزایش هوش معنوی در بین خبرنگاران تلاش نموده تا بدین ترتیب تابآوری آنها در محیط افزایش یابد.

تأثیر بروز اخلاق حرفه ای کارکنان بر ایجاد تفاهم سازمانی
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر بروز اخلاق حرفهای کارکنان بر ایجاد تفاهم سازمانی در کارکنان دادگستری شهرستان اصفهان است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کارکنان دادگستری شهرستان اصفهان و حجم نمونه 212 نفر محاسبه و نمونهگیری به روش طبقهای متناسب با حجم جامعه آماری انجام شده است. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه 45 سؤالی محقق ساخته بوده و برای بررسی روایی ابزار گردآوری دادهها از روش روایی محتوا و روایی سازه و برای بررسی پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و روایی و پایایی تائید گردید. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بوده و برای آزمون روابط میانجی از روش بوت استراپ استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسی فرضیهها نشان داد عوامل سازمانی و عوامل فردی بر بروز اخلاق حرفهای تأثیرگذار بوده و بروز اخلاق حرفه-ای نیز بر ایجاد تفاهم سازمانی تأثیرگذار است. عوامل سازمانی از طریق بروز اخلاق حرفهای بر ایجاد تفاهم سازمانی و عوامل فردی نیز از طریق بروز اخلاق حرفهای بر ایجاد تفاهم سازمانی تأثیرگذار است.

بررسی روابط بین فرهنگ یادگیری و انگیزش با آمادگی برای تغییر سازمانی در شرکت ملّی صنایع پتروشیمی ایران
از ویژگیها و الزامات اساسی سازمانهای نوین، شکلگیری آنها بر مبنای یادگیری از یک سو و مواجهه با تغییرات فزاینده از سوی دیگر است. برهمکنش فرهنگ یادگیری و انگیزش برای تغییر سازمانی، نهایتاً سازمانها را برای انطباق با تغییرات شتابنده جهان امروز تجهیز مینماید. این مقاله با هدف "تبیین روابط بین فرهنگ یادگیری و انگیزش با آمادگی برای تغییر سازمانی" انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارکنان شرکت ملّی صنایع پتروشیمی ایران به تعداد 600 نفر بودند که مطابق جدول مورگان، تعداد 250 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، چهار پرسشنامه مجزای فرهنگ یادگیری واتکینز و مارسینک (2003)، انگیزش یادگیری چنگ و همکاران (2010)، انگیزش انتقال هالتون (2005) و آمادگی برای تغییر سازمانی بوکنگ و همکاران (2009) بودند. برای تحلیل دادهها از تکنیک مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS نسخه 2 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که آمادگی تغییر به طور مستقیم و از طریق انگیزش از فرهنگ یادگیری تأثیر میپذیرد. همچنین بین فرهنگ یادگیری با متغیر میانجی انگیزش یادگیری و انتقال رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. با توجه به مقادیر T، مسیر فرهنگ یادگیری به انگیزش و نیز مسیر انگیزش به آمادگی تغییر هر دو در سطح اطمینان 99% مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. از طرفی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بین فرهنگ یادگیری با انگیزش یادگیری و انتقال آن رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. لذا انگیزش و آمادگی کارکنان برای اجرای تغییرات سازمانی اهمیت قابل توجهی دارد.

بررسی تأثیر کیفیت خدمات الکترونیکی بر رضایتمندی شهروندان در دفاتر اسناد رسمی استان لرستان
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر کیفیت خدمات الکترونیکی بر رضایتمندی شهروندان، در دفاتر اسناد رسمی استان لرستان انجام گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی است؛ بدینسبب که برای اثبات فرضیههای تحقیق، از نظرسنجی با افراد درگیر مسئله استفاده شده است، روش تحقیق، توصیفی - علی است. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگیری خوشهای، تعداد 378 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جمعآوری دادهها، با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد کیفیت خدمات الکترونیکی پاراسورامان و همکاران (2005) و رضایتمندی شهروندان میهلیس و همکاران (2001) انجام گرفت. برای پاسخ به فرضیههای پژوهش از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و برای بررسی مدل پژوهش از برازش مدل نیکویی برازش استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که متغیر کیفیت خدمات الکترونیکی میتواند متغیر رضایتمندی شهروندان را تحتتأثیر قرار دهد و آن را تبیین کند که نشاندهندۀ تأثیر معناداری بین آنها است و به ترتیب کارایی، اجرا، تحقق تعهدات و حریم خصوصی بیشترین تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رضایتمندی شهروندان را دارند. درنتیجه با اطمینان 95/0 تمام فرضیهها تأیید و نقیض ادعا رد میگردد. آزمون نیکویی برازش در مدل نهایی پژوهش نشاندهندۀ برازش مناسب مدل است؛ پس مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.
