چکیده

در سال‎های اخیر، رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی به دلیل اثرات قابل توجهی که بر اثربخشی و موفقیت سازمان‎ها داشته‎اند، بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته‎اند. هدف از این تحقیق که در شرکت گاز استان خراسان شمالی انجام گرفته، بررسی تأثیر اعتماد سازمانی بر بروز چنین رفتارهایی است. رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پادساکف و همکارانش و اعتماد سازمانی بوسیله پرسشنامه الونن و همکارانش، سنجیده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل 94 کارمند اداری شرکت گاز بوده و از روش سرشماری برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن حاکی از وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین تمام ابعاد متغیر مستقل و وابسته بود. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندگانه گام به گام نشان داد که از بین ابعاد مختلف اعتماد سازمانی، اعتماد نهادی بیشترین سهم را در تبیین تغییرات رفتار شهروندی سازمانی دارد. نهایتاً، آزمون میانگین یک جامعه نشان داد تمام ابعاد اعتماد سازمانی، هم چنین تمام ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در این شرکت از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار هستند.
