چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی تأثیر فرا شایستگی ادراکشده بر نگرشهای شغلی همچون رضایت شغلی، تعهد عاطفی نسبت به سازمان و تمایل به ترک خدمت هست. این پژوهش از نظر هدف تحقیق، کاربردی و از جنبه شیوه گردآوری دادهها از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی است. جامعه هدف، ده بانک خصوصی و دولتی داخل کشور میباشند. برای سنجش فرا شایستگی ادراکشده، رضایت شغلی، تعهد عاطفی نسبت به سازمان و قصد ترک خدمت، به ترتیب از پرسشنامههای استاندارد مِینارد و همکاران (2006)، جاج و همکاران (2000)، مِیر و همکاران (1993) و کُلارلی (1984) استفاده شد. ارزیابی مدل مفهومی ارائهشده با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و بهوسیله نرمافزارهای SPSSوAMOS صورت گرفته است. یافتهها نشان داد میان ادراک کارکنان از فرا شایستگی خود با رضایت شغلی و تعهد عاطفی نسبت به سازمان ارتباط معکوس داشته و در مقابل با تمایل کارکنان برای ترک خدمت رابطه مستقیم دارد.

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی فلات زدگی شغلی ادراک شده کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاهی کشور و تأثیر آن بر فرسودگی شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت آنان است. برای این منظور، اطلاعات جمع آوری شده به صورت تصادفی به دو روش دستی و الکترونیکی از نمونه ای 537 تایی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می دهد میزان فلات زدگی شغلی (فلات ساختاری و فلات محتوایی)، فرسودگی شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت در کتابداران، بیش تر از متوسط است و در حالی که جنسیت در ادراک فلات زدگی تفاوت معنادار ایجاد نکرده است، فلات شغلی ادراک شده کارکنان با سابقه کار بیش تر و تحصیلات کمتر، بیش تر بوده است. علاوه بر این، تحلیل های رگرسیونی نشان می دهد فلات شغلی ادراک شده، بر تمایل به ترک خدمت و فرسودگی شغلی تأثیر معنادار دارد. به عبارت دیگر، کتابدارانی که فلات زدگی بیش تری را ادراک کرده اند، فرسودگی شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت بیشتری را نیز گزارش نموده اند.

For this purpose, a sample of 133 managers and employees of a large Iranian university was randomly selected. Abstract

The result of our research shows that the prevalence of procrastination among managers and employees under study account for 17.6%. However, no significant differences exist among managers and employees of different ages, educational background, job position and tenure. It was also noticed that there is a significant difference of procrastination prevalence between different genders. Furthermore, the findings of this research show that among 20 factors classified as personal, organizational and environmental, personal factors appear to be the main cause of procrastination prevalence. According to the findings, lack of work preference (personal factors), weakness of organizational performance appraisal (organizational factors), and family problems (environmental factors), are the most important factors that cause procrastination.

Abstract

This study aimed to promote understanding of conflict and conflict management styles in organizations. For this purpose, a sample of 43 mangers and employees of an educational institution (university) were randomly selected. Appropriate statistical analysis including Mann- Whitney test, Pearson Correlation, and were utilized to analyze research data that was collected by using Dubrin and Rahim questionnaires.
The findings of this article show that, although, there is no significant difference among managers and employees in perceived conflict, managers perceive more conflict than employees in this organization. Furthermore, results show that major styles of conflict management among employees are compromise and avoidance styles, although there is no significant difference among managers and employees in using conflict management styles. Some support was found for the effect of age, education & tenure on conflict management styles.

The findings of the study revealed that 78 percent of co-operative firms have no record of receiving support from state administration offices. A comparison between actual services delivered to the firms by national or local state offices with the expected supports as suggested by their top mangers is an indication of significant gap. On the basis of the research findings however, such a gap is not identical for the four different categories of physical facilities, commercial, technological, and training services that are recognized widely as supporting areas.
