چکیده
رسالت حرفه‌ای به‌عنوان یک جهت‌گیری فعالانه و دیدگاهی متعالی نسبت به شغل، مفهومی است که به‌تازگی وارد ادبیات حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی شده است. این جهت‌گیری مصادیق رفتاری و ادراکی ویژه‌ای برای شغل در پی دارد. در پژوهش حاضر تأثیرپذیری مفهوم بازآفرینی شغل به‌عنوان یکی از این مصادیق موردبررسی قرار گرفته است. به‌علاوه در این رابطه نقش تعدیلگر اشتیاق شغلی نیز آزمون شد. نمونه آماری تحقیق از میان اعضای هیئت‌علمی پنج دانشگاه برتر ایران در سال ۱۳۹۸ انتخاب شدند و از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS برای آزمون فرضیات تحقیق استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد رسالت حرفه­ای بر ابعاد سه‌گانه بازآفرینی شغل اثر معناداری دارد. به‌علاوه، نقش تعدیلگر اشتیاق شغلی در رابطه میان رسالت حرفه­ای با بازآفرینی رابطه­ای و شناختی تأیید شد؛ اما این متغیر تعدیلگرمعناداری برای رابطه میان رسالت حرفه­ای و بازآفرینی وظیفه­ای نبود. درنهایت پیشنهادهای پژوهشی و کاربردی تحقیق برای سازمان­های دانشی مانند دانشگاه­ها و پژوهشگاه‌ها که بخش عمده کارکنانشان را کارکنان دانشی تشکیل می‌دهند ارائه شد.
