چکیده


با وجود افزایش مطالعات دوسوتوانی سازمانی، کشف فرصت‌های جدید، هم‌زمان با بهره‌برداری از صلاحیت‌های موجود، دانش اندکی در مورد عوامل مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری رفتارهای دوسوتوانی کارکنان وجود دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه گرایش کارآفرینانه فردی کارکنان (با ابعاد تمایل به نوآوری، ریسک‌پذیری و پیش‌گامی) و اخلاق‌گرایی با دوسوتوانی زمینه‌ای فردی می‌پردازد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی است. داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه از 203 نفر از کارکنان کسب‌وکارهای حوزه صنایع غذایی در شهر تهران جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار SmartPLS تحلیل شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که گرایش کارآفرینانه و اخلاق‌گرایی، دوسوتوانی فردی را افزایش می‌دهد، اما تأثیر تعدیل‌گر اخلاق‌گرایی بر رابطه بین گرایش کارآفرینانه و دوسوتوانی فردی تأیید نشد. این نتایج نشان داد که رفتارهای اکتشافی حین انجام وظایف روزمره را از کارکنانی می‌توان انتظار داشت که دارای گرایش کارآفرینانه و اخلاق‌گرایی بیشتری هستند.
