چکیده
بی تردید سرمایه داری دانش سازمانی، رمز ماندگاری در دنیای بسیار رقابتی است. مأخذ تولید دانش تالارهای گفتمان سازمانی است که در خود گفتمانهای متعدد و در عین حال متفاوت جای داده است. اگر بر افواه سازمانی مُهر سکوت زده شود اذهان کارکنان که موتور مولد دانش سازمانی هستند فسیل خواهند شد. وقتی کارکنان، به عنوان سرمایه استراتژیک سازمان، سکوت میکنند مدیریت باید خطر بزرگ مدیریتی خود را حس کند. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی است که یازده فرضیه اصلی داشت که برای بررسی این فرضیات از پرسشنامه استانداردی که شامل 28 سؤال بود، استفاده گردید. در این پژوهش با تبیین مفهوم سکوت سازمانی و رفتار سکوت، روابط تجربی آزمون شده بین فضای سکوت و رفتار سکوت در تعامل با نگرش شغلی کارکنان در بخش دولتی مورد بحث قرار گرفت. تحلیل و بررسی بر روی داده های بهدست آمده از 280 نفر از کارکنان سازمان های دولتی انجام گرفت. این دادهها توسط نرم افزار SPSS و توسط آزمون های همبستگی و آزمون تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد بین ابعاد جو سکوت (نگرش مدیریت عالی به سکوت، نگرش سرپرستان به سکوت و فرصت های ارتباطاتی) و نگرش های شغلی کارکنان با رفتار سکوت کارکنان، رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد؛ به طوری که بین نگرش مدیریت عالی و نگرش سرپرستان با رفتار سکوت کارکنان یک همبستگی مثبت نسبتاً شدیدی وجود دارد و بین فرصت های ارتباطاتی و نگرش های شغلی کارکنان با رفتار سکوت کارکنان، همبستگی منفی نسبتاً شدیدی است.
