چکیده

نیاز به خلاقیت و نوآوری در سازمان‌ها، به ویژه آن‌هایی که تکنولوژی مبنا هستند، نسبت به گذشته بیشتر احساس می‌شود و توسعه خلاقیت و نوآوری در سازمان، وابسته به وجود رهبرانی است که روحیه مولد بودن را در زیردستان تزریق نمایند. تحقیق حاضر به بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول‌گرا بر خلاقیت و نوآوری کارکنان در صنعت پتروشیمی و نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری مولد در این بین پرداخته است. داده‌ها از نمونه‌ای شامل 162 نفر از کارکنان شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت پتروشیمی در استان لرستان، به­وسیله پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد گردآوری شد. فرضیه‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smartpls.3 آزمون شد. نتایج آزمون مدل ساختاری برای فرضیه‌های دارای تأثیر مستقیم نشان داد که رهبری تحول‌گرا تأثیر مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری بر متغیرهای خلاقیّت و نوآوری و رفتارهای کاری موّلد دارد (فرضیه‌های اول تا سوم). همچنین رفتارهای کاری مولّد تأثیر مستقیمی بر خلاقیّت و نوآوری داشت (فرضیه‌های چهارم و پنجم). نتایج آزمون مدل ساختاری برای فرضیه‌های میانجی بیانگر تأیید این فرضیه‌ها بود و نقش میانجی رفتارهای کاری مولد در رابطه بین رهبری تحول‌گرا و خلاقیّت و نوآوری مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (فرضیه‌های ششم و هفتم). در مجموع خلق و توسعه رفتارهای کاری مولد توسط رهبران تحول‌گرا در صنعت پتروشیمی می‌تواند این رهبران را به هدف توسعه خلاقیت و نوآوری نزدیک‌تر سازد.
