چکیده

    چکیده  
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی تأثیر فرا شایستگی ادراک‌شده بر نگرش‌های شغلی همچون رضایت شغلی، تعهد عاطفی نسبت به سازمان و تمایل به ترک خدمت هست. این پژوهش از نظر هدف تحقیق، کاربردی و از جنبه شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی است. جامعه هدف، ده بانک خصوصی و دولتی داخل کشور می‌باشند. برای سنجش فرا شایستگی ادراک‌شده، رضایت شغلی، تعهد عاطفی نسبت به سازمان و قصد ترک خدمت، به ترتیب از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مِینارد و همکاران (2006)، جاج و همکاران (2000)، مِیر و همکاران (1993) و کُلارلی (1984) استفاده شد. ارزیابی مدل مفهومی ارائه‌شده با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و به‌وسیله نرم‌افزارهای  SPSSوAMOS صورت گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان داد میان ادراک کارکنان از فرا شایستگی خود با رضایت شغلی و تعهد عاطفی نسبت به سازمان ارتباط معکوس داشته و در مقابل با تمایل کارکنان برای ترک خدمت رابطه مستقیم دارد.
