چکیده

امروزه دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی به‌منظور به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش و نوآوری‌های خود و صنایع به‌منظور کسب نوآوری‌های تولید شده توسط دانشگاه از استراتژی مرزگستری بهره می‌گیرند و از این طریق نیازهای یکدیگر را تأمین می‌نمایند؛ بنابراین ارتباط تنگاتنگی بین مرزگستری و نوآوری شکل می‌گیرد. ازاین‌رو هدف این پژوهش واکاوی نقش مرزگستری در نوآوری سازمانی با رویکرد فراتحلیل بود. پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کمی بود که با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل انجام شد. جامعه موردبررسی، پژوهش‏های منتشرشده به زبان انگلیسی در سال‏های 2015 تا 2023 در پایگاه‏های علمی بود. در این پژوهش، از میان 189 مطالعه در زمینه تأثیر مرزگستری در نوآوری سازمانی، تعداد 18 مطالعه با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج مدنظر پژوهشگران انتخاب و اطلاعات کمی آن‌ها (اندازه اثر مرزگستری بر نوآوری سازمانی)، وارد تحلیل نهایی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‏افزار CMA 3 و با استفاده از آزمون‌ها و روش‌های اندازه اثر، روش رگرسیون خطی اِیگر، همبستگی رتبه‏ای بگ و مزومدار و آزمون Q انجام شد. یافته‏ها نشان داد؛ میانگین اندازه اثر مرزگستری (اثرات ترکیبی تصادفی) بر نوآوری سازمانی در نمونه پژوهش معادل 347/0 است که این مقدار بر مبنای معیار کوهن در حد متوسط به بالا است؛ بنابراین می‌توان گفت مرزگستری در سطح متوسط بر نوآوری سازمانی تأثیر دارد. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد متغیر سال انجام پژوهش و کشور محل انجام پژوهش می‌توانند در رابطه بین مرزگستری و نوآوری سازمانی نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی ایفا کند. به‌طورکلی سازمان‌ها و صنایع جهت کسب نوآوری تولید شده در دانشگاه‌ها می‌توانند از استراتژی مرزگستری استفاده نمایند.
