چکیده

هدف از این مقاله مطالعه تأثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر عملکرد مدیران و کارکنان با نقش تعدیل­گر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل است. روش تحقیق کمی و پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل (6400 نفر) بود. روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله­ای است. با توجه به فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 384 نفر شد. برای گردآوری داده­ها، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها از روش­های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از آزمون­های تحلیل واریانس یکراهه، تحلیل رگرسیون و همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن و مدل­یابی ساختاری جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری Spss24 و Amos24 استفاده شد. یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد میانگین عملکرد کارکنان برابر با 92/ 3 است. بین مسئولیت اجتماعی و مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز با عملکرد مدیران و کارکنان به ترتیب به میزان 622/0 و 460/0 ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌دار وجود دارد. همچنین بین سن، میزان تحصیلات و سابقه خدمت و عملکرد کارکنان رابطه وجود دارد. حدود 9/47 درصد از تغییرات میزان عملکرد مدیران و کارکنان به مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و مسئولیت اجتماعی بستگی دارد. مدل­یابی ساختاری نشان می­دهد مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. نتیجه این‌که رابطه مسئولیت اجتماعی با عملکرد کارکنان در صورت تعدیل و کنترل متغیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز کاهش می­یابد؛ به‌طوری‌که ارتباط بین آن دو از لحاظ آماری معنادار نمی­شود. درنتیجه متغیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز نقش تعدیل­گر را دارد.
