چکیده

امروزه رشد و توسعه‌ی نیروی انسانی، افزایش مهارت، خلاقیت و دانش نیروی کار در تمام سطوح سازمان برای مدیران یک اولویت راهبردی به شمار می‌رود. مباحث مربوط به سبک رهبری وکارآفرینی سازمانی از جمله عواملی است که باعث ارتقای بهره‌وری منابع انسانی می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول آفرین بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی با توجه به نقش واسط کارآفرینی سازمانی" انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر 132 نفر از کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان بودند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری و برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار های SPSSو Smart PLSاستفاده گردید. نتایج به دست آمده، چارچوب نظری پیشنهادی را تأیید می‌کند و بیانگر ارتباط مستقیم میان "رهبری تحول آفرین با کارآفرینی سازمانی" و نیز "کارآفرینی سازمانی با بهره وری نیروی انسانی" می‌باشد و اثر غیر مستقیم رهبری تحول آفرین بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی از طریق کارآفرینی سازمانی بیشتر از اثر مستقیم آن است.
