چکیده

پژوهش، با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری راهبردی بر ایجاد مزیت رقابتی پایدار با نقش میانجیگری سرمایۀ انسانی و دوسوتوانی نوآوری در جامعۀ آماری شرکت‌های مرکز رشد دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد صورت پذیرفت. این پژوهش از نظر پارادایم، اثبات‎گرایی؛ از نظر رویکرد، استقرایی؛ از نظر نوع هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر نوع ماهیت، توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر نوع داده‌ها، در گروه پژوهش‌های کمّی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعۀ آماری، تعداد 110 شرکت مرکز رشد دانشگاه فردوسی است که از 86 شرکت، نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی ساده انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده، توزیع پرسش‌نامه و سطح تحلیل، سازمان می‌باشد. از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب، برای بررسی پایایی استفاده گردید. برای تأیید روایی نیز بررسی روایی صوری، روایی سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا صورت پذیرفت. داده‌ها به کمک مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و از طریق نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و PLS مورد تحلیل و آزمون قرار گرفتند. در نهایت، هر هفت فرضیه تأیید شدند. رهبری راهبردی به صورت مستقیم و همچنین از طریق سرمایۀ انسانی و دوسوتوانی نوآوری بر مزیت رقابتی پایدار، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. سرمایۀ انسانی و دوسوتوانی نوآوری نیز به صورت مستقیم بر مزیت رقابتی پایدار، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.
