چکیده

به‌رغم اینکه معمولاً سازمان­های خانوادگی در حاشیه پژوهش­های مدیریت قرار گرفته­اند، نقش بزرگی در اقتصادهای محلی و بین­المللی دارند. ازاین­رو در چند دهه اخیر توجه پژوهشی گسترده­ای به تمایزات این سازمان­ها با سازمان­های متداول صورت گرفته است. یکی از این حوزه­های مورد‌توجه، پژوهش در ماندگاری و تغییرات سازمانی در این سازمان­ها است. سازمان­های خانوادگی، به‌ویژه به سبب هویت دوگانه­ای که دارند (خانواده از یک‌سو و کسب­وکار از سوی دیگر)، با موضوعات تغییر متفاوتی روبرو می­شوند. همچنین این سازمان­ها ویژگی­هایی متمایزی دارند که می­توانند بازدارنده یا پیش­برنده تغییرات در آن‌ها باشند. گرچه بسیاری از این موضوعات و عوامل در مطالعات پیشین موردبررسی قرار گرفته­اند، اما پراکندگی آن‌ها مانع از بهره­برداری عملی و نظری­شان شده است. بدین روی این مطالعه با استفاده از مرور نظام­مند (2000-2020)، به بررسی شیوه­های مختلف مفهوم­پردازی­ تغییر در سازمان­های خانوادگی و همچنین عوامل بازدارنده و پیش­برنده تغییر در سازمان­های خانوادگی پرداخته است. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد سازمان­های خانوادگی، تغییر را عمدتاً در موضوعات جانشینی، کارآفرینی، پایداری و ثروت عاطفی و اجتماعی می­بینند و عمده عوامل پیش­برنده و بازدارنده تغییر در آن‌ها نیز با محوریت این موضوعات در قالب پنج قابلیت انطباقی، سرمایه انسانی، گذار نسلی، مدیریتی و مدیریت تغییر متجلی می­شوند.
