چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تسهیم دانش بر بالندگی سازمانی با توجه به نقش میانجی‌ خودکارآمدی کارکنان است. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. هم­چنین این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای- کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کارکنان شعب تأمین اجتماعی شهر کرمان بوده و تعداد 136 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌، پرسشنامه­های تسهیم دانش، خودکارآمدی کارکنان و بالندگی سازمانی هستند که روایی محتوایی و سازه این پرسشنامه‌ها و همچنین پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفته است. به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ها، از رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شده است. یافته­های پژوهش ضمن تأیید الگوی پیشنهادی، نشان داد که تسهیم دانش و خودکارآمدی کارکنان بر بالندگی سازمانی تأثیر مثبت می‌گذارند. هم‌چنین، اثر میانجی‌گری ‌‌خودکارآمدی کارکنان در رابطه بین تسهیم دانش و بالندگی سازمانی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
