چکیده

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل روابط ساختاری نقش چشم‌انداز زمان آینده بر قرارداد روان‌شناختی است و چشم‌انداز زمان آینده (FTP) اشاره به تفاوت‌های فردی در تمایل به تفکر در مورد شرایط آینده دارد و غیر از توانایی، تفاوت‌های فردی را می‌سازد که در طول دهه‌های گذشته علاقه به دست آوردن آن را افزایش‌ داده است و هنگامی‌که قضاوت کارکنان از توفیق قرارداد کارفرما بالا باشد، آن‌ها به‌احتمال‌زیاد احساس تعهد برای جبران می‌کنند، ازاین‌رو حس خود را از تعهد نسبت به سازمان افزایش می‌دهند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان رسمی و قراردادی دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود هستند و کل جامعه 261 نفر بوده‌اند، جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و تحلیل مقالات پژوهشی استفاده‌شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها و اندازه‌گیری متغیرها، پرسشنامه­های استاندارد استفاده شد، همچنین برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه‌ها از روایی محتوایی CVR و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و برای بررسی پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که همگی مورد تائید قرار گرفتند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم‌افزار لیزرل صورت گرفته است و نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که توفیق اقتصادی، اجتماعی-احساسی و توسعه‌ای کارفرما بر تعهدات کارکنان تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد و همچنین چشم‌انداز زمان آینده بر توفیق توسعه‌ای کارفرما تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد و رابطۀ بین توفیق اقتصادی کارفرما با تعهدات کارکنان را تعدیل می‌نماید.
