چکیده

اگر رهبران در وظیفه اساسی ارزیابی صحیح احساسات و هیجان‌ها شکست بخورند، هیچ یک از کارهای انجام شده، نمی‌تواند آن اندازه که باید و شاید، مؤثر واقع شود. از دیگر سو، لزوم توجه به عملکرد شغلی و به‌طبع آن عملکرد زمینه‌ای به دلیل رفتارهای مثبتی همچون همکاری با دیگران و تلاش مضاعف ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. همچنین، براساس این نگرش که چرخه آموزش و پرورش عمدتاً حول محور آموزشِ‌شناختی می‌چرخد، پرورش ابعاد عاطفی- اجتماعی، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. همچنین آگاه‌سازی هرچه بیش‌‌تر مدیران مدارس نسبت به تأثیر ویژگی‌های رهبری‌تحول‌گرا بر بروز رفتارهایی چون همکاری و تلاش بالاتر از حد انتظار، ضروری است؛ ازاین رو این مطالعه، تأثیرگذاری سبک‌رهبری‌تحول‌گرای مدیران مدارس را بر عملکرد زمینه‌ای کارکنان از طریق هوش‌هیجانی مدیران، مورد بررسی قرارمی دهد. جامعه آماری مدیران و معاونین جهت تکمیل پرسشنامه هوش‌هیجانی و عملکرد زمینه‌ای و جامعه آماری معلمان جهت پاسخ به پرسشنامه سبک‌رهبری‌تحول‌گرا در نظر گرفته شده و پرسشنامه‌های تحقیق به طور تصادفی میان 136 نفر از مدیران و معاونین و 234 نفر از معلمان توزیع گردید. پس از آزمون فرضیه‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار پی‌ال‌اس، ضرایب مسیر به دست آمده در سطح خطای 0.05 حاکی از تأیید مدل کلی بود. بدین ترتیب مشخص گردید سبک‌رهبری‌تحول‌گرای مدیران بر هوش هیجانی خود آنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین عملکرد زمینه‌ای کارکنان به تفکیک از سبک‌رهبری‌تحول گرای مدیران و هوش‌هیجانی آنان تأثیر ‌پذیرفته و مسیر غیرمستقیم تأثیر سبک‌رهبری‌تحول‌گرای مدیران بر عملکرد زمینه‌ای کارکنان از طریق هوش‌هیجانی مدیران نیز معنادار شناخته شد.
