چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با درک نقش کلیدی کارکنان شایسته، با­استعداد و توانمند در موفقیت سازمان‌ها، به شناسایی ابعاد راهبردی الگوی مدیریت استعداد می­پردازد. رویکرد پژوهشی در این تحقیق، روش آمیخته است. روش پژوهش در بخش کیفی، توصیفی-اکتشافی و در بخش کمی، توصیفی-پیمایشی می­باشد. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی، خبرگان صنعتی و دانشگاهی و در بخش کمی مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت مادر تخصصی سیاحتی و مراکز تفریحی پارسیان است. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه­های نیمه ساختار­یافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته است. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­های کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا، تکنیک دلفی و در بخش کمی از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده می­گردد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که جذب، حفظ و نگهداشت، مدیریت بالندگی و خزانه استعداد ابعاد اصلی مدل را تشکیل می­دهند، بعلاوه فرآیند مدیریت استعداد تحت تأثیر زمینه­های داخلی و خارج از سازمان است. در ادامه، یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که میان وضعیت موجود و مطلوب مدیریت استعداد در شرکت مادر تخصصی سیاحتی و مراکز تفریحی پارسیان، در همه ابعاد تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد و ابعاد جذب و خزانه استعداد و نیز مؤلفه­های جانشین­پروری و مدیریت عملکرد به عنوان مهم‌ترین ابعاد و مؤلفه­های مدیریت استعداد شناسایی شده است.
