This Journal uses Double blind peer review, which means both sides (the reviewers and authors) identities are concealed from each other, throughout the review process. The average period for the initial review of articles is 10 working days, and the average period for completing the review process of articles in this publication is between 4 to 6 months.
- Registering the article by the author in the journal system, including completing the authors' profile, uploading the article according to the format requested by the journal
- Reviewing the article by the journal expert and returning the article to the author for some structural corrections (if any)
- Checking the similarity of the article
- Announcing the opinion of the editor of the publication in connection with the article and referring to the specialized editor if necessary
- Submitting the article to 3 expert referees in the subject area of the article
- Reviewing the article and announcing the opinion by the referees along with completing the evaluation form and informing the editor about the quality and quantity of the article
At this stage, three modes are possible:
- If two referees reject the article, the article will be removed from the refereeing process, and the author will be informed.
- In case of a request for general or partial revision of the article from the referees (at least two referees), the article will be sent to the authors for review and correction.
- If the referees do not do the refereeing in the stipulated time, the article will be sent to new referees again.
- Resubmission of the corrected article by the authors along with the answer file to the judges' questions (maximum of two weeks)
- Sending the corrected article to the final evaluator to review the article
- Presenting the final opinion of the referees regarding the acceptance or rejection of the article
- Approval of the arbitration process in the meeting of the editorial board of the publication
- If the article is rejected, the author will be informed; if accepted, it will go to the next stage.
- The waiting time for articles to be printed depends on the number of approved articles.
