چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین داستان‌سرایی و موفقیت سازمانی با نقش میانجی همدلی سازمانی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شیراز انجام شده است که به‌نوعی از پژوهش‌های توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی محسوب می‌شود، جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان بیمارستان‌های دولتی شیراز مشتمل بر 2600 نفر بود که از طریق فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه‌ای برابر 335 نفر احصا گردید، ابزار اندازه‌گیری داده‌ها شامل سه پرسشنامه داستان‌سرایی سازمانی مقدسان (1394)، موفقیت سازمانی مقیمی (1388) و پرسشنامه همدلی سازمانی از ژندا و لودیس (2008) بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بین نمونه آماری توزیع گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS و Amos استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که داستان‌سرایی با ضریب 46/0 تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر موفقیت‌های سازمانی بیمارستان‌های دولتی شیراز دارد، داستان‌سرایی با ضریب 27/0 تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر همدلی سازمانی دارد، همچنین همدلی سازمانی با ضریب 29/0 بر موفقیت سازمانی کارکنان بیمارستان‌های دولتی شیراز تأثیر مثبت دارد که بر این اساس پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران داستان‌هایی را برای ارائه انتخاب کنند که جو همدلی بین کارکنان و به‌تبع آن موفقیت سازمانی را افزایش دهد.
