Managing Digital Consistency: Rethinking Organizational Decision Making in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract
The present study aims to present a fuzzy cognitive map of the factors and consequences of digital congruence management and rethinking in organizational decision-making in the era of artificial intelligence using the (FCM) method. This study is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive and survey-type in terms of its data collection method, and it is also a mixed research in terms of its typology. The statistical population of the study includes university professors and managers of public and private organizations, 25 of whom were selected using purposive sampling and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. In the qualitative part, the data collection tool is a semi-structured interview, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed using content validity and Cohen's Kappa test, respectively, and the data collection tool in the quantitative part is a questionnaire, which was confirmed using content validity and test-retest reliability. Also, the data obtained from the interview using MAXQDA software and coding method, the factors and consequences of digital consistency management and rethinking in organizational decision-making in the age of artificial intelligence were identified. In the quantitative part of the research, using the fuzzy cognitive map method, a causal relationship model was presented. The results of the research indicate that the most important factor is the smartization strategy with the highest degree of centrality (27.98), and the most important consequence is smart and higher quality decision-making with the degree of centrality (26.65).
