Dr. Mohammad Mehraayin (Legzian) has a PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Manchester, England. He is currently a professor in the management department of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Among his research interests are management information systems, electronic government, knowledge management, digital transformation and research methodology in information systems.
