Today, manpower’s growth and development, improvement of skill, creativity and knowledge of work force is considered as a strategic priority at all levels of organization . relevant subjects to the style of leadership and entrepreneurship in an Enterprise are some of the factors that lead to enhance any human resources productivity. This research was accomplished with the aim of “investigating the impact of transformational leadership on the manpower’s productivity with regards to the role of Enterprise entrepreneurship interface. The sample of study involved 132 employees from Agricultural Organization in Isfahan. Data was gathered through questionnaires and in order to analyze the data SPSS and Smart PLS software were used. The results indicate that there are direct relations between “transformational leadership and enterprise entrepreneurship” and also “enterprise entrepreneurship and manpower’s productivity”. besides, The results indicate that the indirect influence of transformational leadership on manpower’s productivity through enterprise entrepreneurship is more than its alternative.

In the current studies, organization and management is of the opinion that the concept of spirituality and spirituality in work would be the answer and solution to reduce the negative functions such as stress, turnover and political behavior in organizations and lead to the favorable consequences, such as increased commitment and satisfaction the job entails. In this regard, there some factors that can reinforcing effects of spirituality on positive organizational outcomes.In this study organizational justice as an intermediate variable between spirituality and organizational commitment in spiritual oriented organizations leads to higher levels of commitment in all aspects. To illustrate this model of our study, with consider placing literature is designed and among the sample of administrative staff in Tarbiat Modares University is tested. Correlational research method - Structural Equation Modeling was applied. The results show the influence of independent variables on organizational commitment. The role of Organizational Justice as a mediator variable was also confirmed that represents the indirect effect of spirituality on the organization commitment.

Employee’s resistance to change and the need to recognize its affecting factors in order to manage it has an important role in organizational development management. This study has examined the impact of top management’s hypocrisy on employee’s resistance to change and investigates mediating role of employees’ trust to top management. Based on the research variables, a questionnaire was designed and tested to assure its validity and reliability, and distributed among 323 employees of public organizations in the city of Rasht. In order to examine research hypotheses, confirmatory factor analysis was used and measurement models were estimated followed by multiple regression analysis to examine the fitness of data to structural equation models. Results of data analysis confirmed the relations among model’s variables and mediating role of trust. As a result, it became clear that in at 99 percent of confidence level, top management’s hypocrisy has a negative impact on employee’s trust to top management and in turn, trust has a declining role in employee’s resistance to change.

Employees' job attitudes play an important role in realizing the organizational goals. One of important factors in increasing organizational commitment and employees' extra-job behaviors is to secure organizational identity. One of jobs requiring a high level of organizational identity, loyalty, organizational commitment and doing extra-job behaviors is teaching in high-schools. Realization of this job requires transformational leaders. On this basis, the aim of this research is to examine the impact of transformational leadership on organizational identity and its consequences on job attitudes namely organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among the high-school teachers. The research method is description and correlation using questionnaires as the method of collecting data. The population includes 1100 high-school teachers of the West Tehran selected by using simple random sampling (160 teachers). Spearman correlation method, regression coefficient and modeling structural equations have been used for testing hypotheses. The results indicate that the transformational leadership has a positive and significant on organizational identity, and organizational identity causes increasing organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Also indirect impact of transformational leadership of managers on the high-school teachers' attitudes namely organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior through organizational identity is stronger than its direct impact..

In today's dynamic and uncertain environment, knowledge is a strategic source for organizations to gain the competitive advantage and innovation. In this research, we have investigated mediating role of knowledge management between environmental uncertainty and organizational innovation. Data was collected through questionnaire from 89 large and medium sized manufacturing companies in suburb Mashhad city. Results of Structural Equation Modeling using PLS software supported and confirmed mediating role of knowledge management between environmental uncertainty and organizational innovation. It was also concluded from research outcome that environmental uncertainty increases the application of knowledge management in organizations, which in turn has an effect on organizational innovation.

Nowadays, when the staff are on their work and they decide to have lower participation in their works the organizations face with withdrawal behavior of them. The employees who don’t know themselves responsible to organization interact with withdrawal behaviors. on the other hand, the results of studies indicate that a high level of stress can lead to reduction of organizational commitment, and finally this problem can cause the staff to leave their work voluntarily, the highest level of withdrawal behavior. The purpose of this study is assessing the relationship between job stresses and withdrawal behaviors of employees in Guilan directorate of fisheries.this descriptive research was done in 1392 with the correlation method. The statistical population was all of the employees of Guilan directorate fisheries that it was 749. The number of samples was 156 that were selected with the cluster sampling method in two steps. Research tools included job stress and withdrawal behavior questionnaire. the results indicate that hindrance stressor has a linear and direct relationship with withdrawal behavior, and also challenge stressor has linear and reverse relationship with withdrawal behavior.

Today, many people are faced with stress in the workplace. Burnout as a syndrome of emotional exhaustion is proposed to reduce the Effectiveness of professional people. Burnout is consequence of job stress and job pressures. Moreover, one of the factors that cause stress at work is work – family conflict, that arise from maladaptive pressures the role of family and job. However, today's researchers are looking for positive organizational behavior-oriented, that seeking to increase employee's mental resources. This study aims to explore the relationship between work-family conflict and Burnout with the mediating role of psychological capital in this relationship amongst employees of governmental Banks of Gonabad. Data was gathered through questionnaires used in previous studies reaffirming the validity and reliability and by conducting convenience random sampling. From collected questionnaires, 130 were confirmed to be valid for analysis. Research type was survey-analytical and based on structural equation modeling. Findings illustrated mediation of psychological capital in the relationship between work-family conflict and Burnout.
