Present study seeks to investigate the existing canonical correlation among the effective factors including X variables that consist of environmental factors, inter-organizational factors and the creation factors of the perceptual value; on the components of competitiveness, as well as Y variables consisting of enterprise performance against the market, the customers and the internal performance of the enterprise. The research also aims to study the co-changeability between the two variable sets so that the proper samples of relationship between sets of canonical variables on the competitiveness components may simultaneously be determined in the first rate. Furthermore, the possibility of applying the co-efficiency of the canonical correlation for presenting the method of predicting the shift of position of competitiveness is investigated. For this purpose, a survey research was conducted at the insurance companies in the city of Tehran using a questionnaire distributed randomly among members of the experts of essential information insurance. Data from 138 returned questionnaires was then analyzed using SAS 9.1, Statistica 8, and Lisrel 8.5sofwares. Results from canonical correlation analysis indicated that there is a proper linear mixture between the variables of canonical effective factors on competitiveness and its components. According to the findings, with the increase of the factors of creation of perceptual value, the factors of internal organization, and the factors of environment, the level of the performance of the enterprise in market and the internal performance of the enterprise are also increased. In addition, the factors of the creation of perceptual value and the performance of the enterprise with the customers, in comparison with the other canonical variables have a substantial role in the creation of the first co-efficiency of canonical correlation.

Employees anxiety and worry about their work life and involvement for a longtime hours, pave the way for permanent engagement in their work, in a way that continuity of these situations will have a positive and negative outcomes. Present research is aimed at explaining strange captivation of nurses to their work in the form of workaholism. Data of this applied research was collected through survey using appropriate instrument. The correlation between variables, however, was based on structural equation modeling. Statistical population of this research includes nurses working in clinics, policlinics, faculties and hospitals simultaneously, in the city of Tehran. Research findings resulted from structural equation modeling technique portends that; there is meaningful relationship between nurses’ workaholism and organizational citizenship behavior. Also, there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and dimensions of workaholism (work involvement, feelings of being driven to work, work enjoyment).

The failure rate of small manufacturing firms in many countries is the main concern of policy makers, decision makers, and economists. Many scholars in this context undertook numerous studies related to success of entrepreneurs, taking into account important factors such as organizational factors and personal qualities on their success. However, the present study attempts to investigate role of environmental factors (government support system) on success of entrepreneurs in all regions of Iran. To fulfill the aim of the research, a quantitative research design with self-administered questionnaire was employed. The respondents were selected from the directory of small industries provided by Iran Small Industries & Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO). Based on the probability sampling design, 600 entrepreneurs were selected across the country to participate in the study. The mail survey yielded 240 completed responses, which were included in the final analysis. The results of the analysis revealed that the relationship between government support system and entrepreneurs’ success in both term of growth and survival was found to be significant, positive, and linear.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationships among employees' trust in organization, reciprocity norm in organization and employees' organizational identification. Furthermore, authors seek to analyze the moderating effect of organizational commitment components on these relationships. This research was performed using correlation-descriptive method. The statistical population consisted of Public Banks of Kerman city, among which five banks of Maskan, Refah, Tejarat, Mellat and Melli, and 40 branches were randomly selected. All 400 employees of the selected branches of banks participated in survey research, and data of 308 returned questionnaires were used to test research hypotheses and verify conceptual model. Pearson Correlation Test, Hierarchical Regression Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling were utilized to analyze collected data. The research results show that employees' trust, and reciprocity norm in organization, has positive and significant impacts on employees' organizational identification. Research findings indicate that reciprocity norm in organization has a positive and significant impact on the employees' trust. Moreover, among organizational commitment components, affective commitment appears to have positive and significant moderating role on the relationships of employees' trust in organization, and reciprocity norm on organizational identification of employees.

This study has used stratified random sampling and web-based questionnaire to collect data from 162 experts and managers in one of the Iranian public universities. Data was analyzed using LISREL Structural Equation Modeling path analysis method. The result of data analysis showed that Resonant Leadership has positive effect on trust and knowledge sharing and predicted organizational commitment through these variables.

Despite the knowledge recognized widely as a vital source of competitive advantage, there is a little understanding of how organizations create and manage knowledge dynamically. In the twenty-first century, organizations have focused on their mental abilities to use their talents and knowledge creation. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational intelligence and knowledge creation. The research population of this study consisted of 800 employees from an industrial organization of which 140 were randomly selected. This study is a descriptive-correlation research. Research data was collected using questionnaires introduced by Albrecht organizational intelligence and choi & lee knowledge creation. Data analysis was administered by SPSS software using simple regression and stepwise regression test, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. According to the results, organizational intelligence and its components (Strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, alignment and congruence, heart, knowledge deployment and performance pressure) have positive and meaningful relationship with knowledge creation (p

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational trust on employees’ organizational citizenship behaviors at the North Khorasan Gas Company. To collect data, an organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and an organizational trust questionnaire consist of 24 and 49 questions respectively were used. After questionnaire confirmation, 94 employees of Gas Company participated in its completion. The spearman correlation test results revealed a significant positive relationship between all dimensions of the dependent and independent variables. The stepwise multiple regressions showed that among various dimensions of organizational trust, institutional trust has a more potent role in effecting organizational citizenship behaviors. Finally, the t test results showed that the respondents feel positive about all dimensions of trust and organizational citizenship behavior in the company.
