چکیده

طی سالیان اخیر، مدیریت و به تبع آن سنجش عملکرد زنجیرۀ‌ تأمین، توجه جمع کثیری از مدیران و محققین را در حوزۀ مدیریت تولید و عملیات به خود معطوف داشته‌است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، ارائۀ شاخص‌های تعالی زنجیره تأمین بر اساس مفاهیم مدیریت کیفیت جامع و مدل اروپایی مدیریت کیفیت(EFQM) است. از این رو این معیار‌ها به وسیلۀ مطالعۀ تطبیقی معیار‌های نه‌گانۀ مدل اروپایی مدیریت کیفیت با عوامل دخیل در عملکرد زنجیره تأمین توسعه داده شده و مدل استخراج‌شده با رویکرد پرسشنامه‌ای ارزیابی گردیده‌‌است. روایی، پایایی و اوزان معیار‌ها نیز از طریق روش‌های پیشرفته ریاضی-آماری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته ‌است. یافته‌ها نشان از فاصله معنادار بین وضع موجود و مطلوب در برخی از ابعاد نه‌گانه مدل تعالی عملکرد زنجیره تأمین دارد. از آنجایی که این مدل تنها بر روی زنجیره تأمین داخلی یک شرکت آزمون گردیده، در تعمیم نتایج آن به زنجیره‌تأمین سایر سازمان‌ها می‌باید احتیاط کرد. به دیگر سخن به واسطه ماهیت روش مطالعه موردی، اعتبار برونی نتایج تحقیق مورد تردید است.
