چکیده
جامعه پذیری سازمانی نقش حیاتی در مراحل اولیۀ استخدام نقش مهمی دارد. تحقیقات نشان داده جامعه پذیری، اثرات منفی انتظارات برآورد نشدۀ کارکنان بر اثربخشی کلی سازمانی را کاهش میدهد؛ از جمله تعهد کارکنان، مشکل اساسی بسیاری از شرکت ها ست. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ جامعه پذیری سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی در شرکت گاز استان کردستان بوده است. حجم نمونه آماری، 190 آزمودنی بود که به شکل تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد برگرفته از مدل جامعه پذیری جونز و تعهد سازمانی آلن و مییر استفاده شد. برای روایی هر دو پرسشنامه از نظر چند تن از صاحبنظران مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی بهره گرفته شد و برای سنجش میزان پایایی نیز از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد، که آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه جامعه پذیری سازمانی 85/0 و تعهد سازمانی 82/0 به دست آمد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد بین جامعه پذیری سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد دو روش ثابت و تأیید جامعه پذیری سازمانی، پیش بینی کنندههای قوی تری برای تعهد سازمانی هستند.
