چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی همبستگی کانونی موجود بین عوامل مؤثر، یعنی متغیر های X شامل عوامل محیطی، عوامل درون سازمانی و عوامل ایجاد ارزش ادراکی بر مؤلفه های رقابت پذیری، یعنی متغیر های Y شامل عملکرد بنگاه در قبال بازار، در قبال مشتریان و عملکرد درونی بنگاه در شهر تهران جهت تعیین هم تغییری بین دو مجموعه متغیر انجام گرفته است تا اولاً به طور همزمان الگوهای مناسب روابط بین مجموعه متغیرهای کانونی عوامل مؤثر بر مؤلفه های رقابت پذیری تعیین شود؛ ثانیاً امکان استفاده از ضریب همبستگی کانونی برای ارائه روش پیش بینی تغییر وضعیت رقابت پذیری فراهم گردد. به این منظور با استفاده از روش‌ پیمایشی و ابزار پرسشنامه در سطح شرکت های بیمه شهر تهران به شیوة نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده روی 138 نفر از خبرگان بیمه، اطلاعات لازم گردآوری شد و پس از انجام اندازه گیری های مربوطه، نتایج با نرم افزارهای Lisrel8.5 ، Statistica 8 و SAS 9.1 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه همبستگی کانونی(CCA) نشان داد که ترکیب خطی مناسبی بین مجموعه متغیرهای کانونی عوامل مؤثر بر رقابت پذیری و مؤلفه های رقابت پذیری وجود دارد و زمانی که به ترتیب عوامل ایجاد ارزش ادراکی، عوامل درون سازمانی و عوامل محیطی افزایش می یابند، میزان عملکرد بنگاه در نزد مشتریان، عملکرد بنگاه در بازار و عملکرد درونی بنگاه افزایش می یابد. همچنین عوامل ایجاد ارزش ادراکی و عملکرد بنگاه در نزد مشتریان در مقایسه با سایر متغیرهای کانونی، بیشترین نقش را در ایجاد اولین ضریب همبستگی کانونی داشته اند.
