چکیده

به کارگیری شیوه‌ رهبری مناسب برای بهبود تعهد سازمانی از وظایف مهم مدیران سازمان‌هاست. رهبران همنوا در هماهنگی کامل با دیگر اعضای سازمان سطح بالایی از هوش هیجانی را برای نیل به این هدف ارائه می‌کنند. هدف انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی اثر شیوه‌ رهبری همنوا بر تعهد سازمانی از طریق متغیرهای واسط‌ اعتماد به مدیران ارشد و اشتراک دانش سازمانی است. جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش، مدیران و کارشناسان بخش سازمانی یکی از دانشگاه‌های دولتی کشور است. اطلاعات و داده‌های پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و از طریق پرسش نامه‌ الکترونیکی تحت وب جمع‌آوری و استخراج گردید. در تحلیل داده‌ها، 162 پاسخ مشارکت کنندگان توسط نرم‌افزار لیزرل برای اجرای مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به روش تحلیل مسیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتابج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد شیوه‌ رهبری همنوا اثر مثبت و قوی بر اعتماد به مدیران ارشد و اشتراک دانش سازمانی دارد و از طریق این متغیرها تعهد سازمانی را پیش‌بینی ‌می‌کند.
