چکیده

پیشگامی در محیط پویا از جمله مسائل پیش روی بیشتر سازمان‌ها و به ویژه موسسات دانش بنیان می‌باشد؛ و برای استفاده و بهره برداری از فرصت‌ها و غلبه بر تهدیدها باید نوآوری‌هایی را در عرصه فناوری‌های نوظهور داشته باشند. لذا برای دستیابی به این مهم سازمان‌ها ملزم به نظارت بر محیط درون و بیرون سازمان می‌باشند، که منجر به ظهور پدیده‌ای به نام هوش رقابتی شده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ابعاد هوش رقابتی بر انواع نوآوری می‌باشد. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر را کلیه موسسات دانش بنیان پارک علم و فناوری شیراز تشکیل می‌دهند، که مجموعا تعداد 50 موسسه می‌باشد؛ جهت تخمین حجم نمونه از جداول مورگان استفاده گردیده، که حجم نمونه مورد نیاز 44 شرکت می‌باشد. با توجه به احتمال عدم همکاری بعضی موسسات در نهایت تعداد 42 موسسه، جمعا 99 پرسشنامه، گردآوری شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش از دو بعد هوش بازار و هوش رقبا برای سنجش هوش هوش رقابتی و از سه نوع نوآوری (نوآوری فناورانه، بازار و اداری) استفاده شده است، که بر اساس نتایج تحقیق هوش بازار بر هر سه نوع نوآوری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد، تاثیر هوش رقبا بر نوآوری اداری مثبت و معنادار می‌باشد، اما تاثیر هوش رقبا بر نوآوری فناورانه و بازار مورد تایید قرار نگرفته است.
