چکیده

هدف پژوهش، مفهوم‌یابی تعارض و بررسی سطوح و شیوه‌های مدیریت تعارض در آثار مدیریتی مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلام می‌باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 19 کتاب‌ و مقاله تشکیل دادند که پژوهشگران مسلمان پس از انقلاب اسلامی ایران درباره‌ی مدیریت، روابط انسانی و رفتار سازمانی، طبق دیدگاه اسلام، در داخل و خارج از کشور نوشته اند، و در دسترس پژوهشگر قرار داشتند. طبق یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش، در آثار مدیریتی مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلام، دامنه تعارض، در برگیرنده طیف وسیعی از مفاهیم شامل سه مقوله تعارض در پندار، تعارض در گفتار و تعارض در کردار می‌باشد. همچنین، سطوح تعارض را با توجه به افراد درگیر می‌توان در چهار سطح میان فردی، درون گروهی، میان گروهی و میان فرهنگی تقسیم کرد. مدیریت تعارض نیز در این آثار شامل سه شیوه کلی پیش‌گیری از تعارض، حل و درمان تعارض و استقبال از تعارض سازنده می‌باشد.
