چکیده

منابع انسانی، سرمایه های اصلی و بی بدیل سازمان هستند و موفقیت و بقای سازمان به آن ها بستگی دارد. به همین دلیل تعهد عاطفی منابع انسانی نیز یکی از مهم ترین عواملی است که امروزه هدف غایی اکثر سازمان ها است. در این تحقیق، ادراک منابع انسانی از درستکاری سازمان و پیش بینی رفاه عاطفی و تعهد عاطفی در آنها، در صنعت بیمه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. 212 کارمند از شعب و نمایندگی های مختلف کلیه شرکت های بیمه ای در کلان شهر تهران در این تحقیق شرکت کرده اند و نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل، نشان می دهد که ادراک نیروی کار از درستکاری سازمان، هم به طور مستقیم و هم با میانجی گری نقش رفاه عاطفی، رابطه ای مثبت با تعهد عاطفی کارکنان دارد. در این تحقیق فرض می شود که توسعه درستکاری در سازمان (به عنوان مثال توسعه احترام متقابل و فضایی که در آن استانداردهای بالای عملکردی با فرهنگ گذشت و یادگیری از اشتباهات ترکیب می شود)، رفاه عاطفی کارکنان را بهبود بخشیده و منجر به تعهد عاطفی نیروی کار می شود.
