چکیده

تحقیقات نشان می دهد بیش از 70% تلاش ها برای تغییر، در تحقق اهداف پیش بینی شده شکست خورده اند. شکست در اجرای تغییر دلایل زیادی دارد، اما چیزی که در سطح استراتژیک و کلان می تواند منجر به شکست در تغییرات شود، شاید نبود هماهنگی بین استراتژی کسب و کار و گونه های تغییر باشد. در این مقاله، هماهنگی استراتژی کسب و کار با گونه های تغییر و تأثیر آن بر بهبود عملکرد در 18 مورد از شرکت های بازرگانی وزارت دفاع که در بازار تجاری (غیرنظامی) فعال هستند، بررسی شد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش، توصیفی و از نظر نوع داده، ترکیبی (کیفی - کمی) است. در تحقیق کمی، 105 پرسشنامه از مدیران و محققان مطلع به امور استراتژیک شرکت ها جمع آوری شد. در این تحقیق برای تایید مدل (روایی پرسشنامه ها) از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، و برای پاسخ به سوال های تحقیق از آزمون تی مستقل و آزمون لون استفاده شد. همچنین، برای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه‌های ساختار یافته با 36 نفر از مدیران ارشد، از تحلیل محتوا و برای تعیین معیار مقایسه عملکرد شرکت ها، از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس نشان داد شرکت هایی که در آنها گونه های تغییر و استراتژی کسب و کار هماهنگ تر هستند، عملکردشان بهتر است. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از تکنیک دلفی، نسبت سود به درآمد را به عنوان معیار عملکرد نشان داد.
