چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ بین ادراک کارکنان از رهبری اصیل و مالکیت روان‌شناختی ترویجی و مالکیت روان‌شناختی پیشگیری‌کنندۀ آنها است. در این راستا، از روش پژوهش پیمایشی- تحلیلی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان واحدهای ستادی شرکت سهامی بیمه ایران در شهر تهران، تشکیل داد که از میان آنها ۱۲۹ نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش حاضر از طریق پرسشنامه مالکیت روان‌شناختی آلکرز (۲۰۱۱) و پرسشنامه رهبری اصیل آولیو (۲۰۰۷) انجام شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه‌های یادشده، به ترتیب با استفاده از روایی صوری، روایی سازه و همچنین محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به‌علاوه، برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون فریدمن با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای Amos و SPSS استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد میان رهبری اصیل و مالکیت روان‌شناختی ترویجی رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. درحالی‌که بین رهبری اصیل و مالکیت روان‌شناختی پیشگیری‌کننده یا قلمروگرایی، رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود ندارد. همچنین، مؤلفه‌های خودآگاهی، نگرش اخلاقی درونی شده، شفافیت رابطه‌ای و پردازش متعادل اطلاعات با مؤلفه‌های خودکارآمدی، تعلق، همانندی و پاسخگویی رابطه مثبت معنادار دارند. امّا بین نگرش اخلاقی درونی شده و قلمرو گرایی رابطه معنادار وجود ندارد.
