چکیده

هدف این مقاله، تبیین ارتباط بین جامعه پذیری و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و متغیرهای جو اخلاقی، هویت و تعهد سازمانی بود. در این راستا جامعه آماری را کارکنان بیمارستان امیرالمؤمنین (ع) شهر اراک بالغ ‌بر ۷۵۰ نفر تشکیل داد و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، ۳۱۵ نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده ها، از پرسشنامه استفاده به عمل آمد و روایی سازه آن با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی آن، به روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش، با مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری، در نرم افزار لیزرل انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جامعه پذیری سازمانی با جو اخلاقی سازمانی، هویت سازمانی، تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنا دار دارد و این رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین جو اخلاقی با متغیرهای سه گانه هویت، تعهد و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی نیز برقرار است. همچنین ارتباط بین هویت و تعهد بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی تایید شد.
