چکیده

در میان پژوهش‌های انجام شده درباره رهبری، رهبری تحول‌آفرین بیشتر بررسی شده است. در این میان، رشد پژوهش‌های مختلف در حوزه رهبری تحول‌آفرین و نقش آن در توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان، موجب پراکندگی اطلاعات در این حوزه گردیده است؛ ازاین‌رو انجام پژوهش‌های ترکیبی که عصاره پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این موضوع را به شیوه نظامند و علمی فراروی پژوهشگران قرار دهد اهمیت فراوانی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترکیب کمی نتایج پژوهش‌های انجام شده در حوزه تأثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان، با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل و نرم‌افزار جامع فراتحلیل CMA2 تعداد 11 پژوهش انجام شده در این حوزه در ایران را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. نتیجه فراتحلیل نشان داد که تأثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی با اندازه اثر 6/0، بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده است. علاوه بر این، از میان ابعاد رهبری تحول‌آفرین، ملاحظات فردی و نفوذ آرمانی به ترتیب با اندازه اثرهای 547/0 و 452/0 بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر بر توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان در ایران دارند.
