چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌های موفق به کارکنانی نیاز دارند که توانایی ارتباطی بالایی داشته باشند. وجود عزت نفس و به ویژه مجهز بودن به مهارت­های سیاسی در مجموعه های سازمانی می تواند در بهبود ارتباطات بین فردی موثر واقع شود. هدف تحقیق حاضر تبیین آماری بین روابط این متغیرهای سه گانه است. روش تحقیق، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تمامی کارکنان استانداری خراسان شمالی می‌باشند، که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده نمونه آماری از بین آنها انتخاب شده است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون خطی ساده و چندگانه و نیز مقایسه میانگین یک جامعه آماری استفاده شده است. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار مهارت‌های سیاسی بر عزت نفس، و تأثیر منفی و معنادار مهارت‌های سیاسی و عزت نفس بر ارتباط گریزی سازمانی است. همچنین، نقش عزت نفس به عنوان متغیر واسط، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق، پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران و کارکنان، مهارت‌های سیاسی و عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه عزت نفس را شناسایی کنند و در جهت کسب و عملی نمودن آنها در جهت کاهش ارتباط­گریزی سازمانی گام بردارند.
