چکیده

با توجه به افزایش سرعت بروز تغییرات در محیط امروزی، سازمان­ها و به‌خصوص دانشگاه‌ها برای افزایش قابلیت پاسخگویی به تغییرات محیط، ضمن توجه به افزایش و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی، نیازمند مدیریت دانش و ارتقاء آن هستند. هدف تحقیق حاضر، طراحی مدل بومی ارزیابی تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد دانشگاه‌های منتخب کشور با میانجی­گری توانایی­های فرایند سازمانی می­باشد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده. و جامعه آماری شامل مدیران دانشگاه‌های منتخب کشور می­باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی، 353 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده­اند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد که روایی و پایایی آن به‌وسیله تحلیل عامل تأییدی و آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داده­اند که، دارایی دانشی بر توانمندی فرایند دانش و توانمندی فرایند دانش بر توانمندی فرایند سازمانی و توانمندی فرایند سازمانی بر عملکرد دانشگاه در دانشگاه‌های منتخب کشور تأثیر معنادار داشته است. اندازه و نوع دانشگاه به عنوان یک متغیر مداخله‌گر  بر تأثیر توانمندی فرایند سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی در دانشگاه‌های منتخب کشور مؤثر بوده است. در پایان نتیجه‌گیری شده است که مدیریت دانش به ‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای مهم و ارزشمند دانشگاه‌های امروزی محسوب می‌شود که با استقرار چنین سیستمی می‌توان از خروج و زائل شدن دارایی‌های فکری سازمان جلوگیری کرد. و دانشگاه‌ها می‌بایست به متغیر توانمندی فرایند دانش و توانمندی فرایند سازمانی در جهت عملکرد بهتر توجه بیشتری نمایند.
