چکیده

برقراری تعاملات صحیح و سازنده، از مهارت­های اساسی زندگی اجتماعی محسوب می­شود و به‌عنوان مبنایی برای رشد و پیشرفت انسانی در نظر گرفته می‌شود؛ چراکه یکی از ویژگی­های انسان سالم توانایی برقراری پیوند مؤثر و سازنده با دیگران است. ازاین‌رو هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر پیوند بین فردی باکیفیت بالا بر سلامت روانی سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش فضیلت سازمانی ادراک‌شده است. نمونه موردمطالعه شامل 170 نفر از پرستاران و سرپرستاران بیمارستان خلیج‌فارس بندرعباس است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند. در این پژوهش که یک طرح توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است، از پرسشنامه‌های پیوند بین فردی باکیفیت بالا، فضیلت سازمانی و سلامت روانی استفاده شد که همۀ آن‌ها از پایایی و روایی مناسبی برخوردار بودند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها مدل یابی معادله‌ ساختاری برای بررسی برازش الگوی معادلۀ ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که پیوند بین فردی باکیفیت بالا بر فضیلت سازمانی و سلامت روانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل نشان داد که فضیلت سازمانی ادراک‌شده در تبیین سلامت روانی نقش زیادی را ایفا می­کند. این یافته‌ها بر نقش پیوند بین فردی باکیفیت بالا و نقش واسط و اهمیت فضیلت سازمانی ادراک‌شده در پیش‌بینی سلامت روانی تأکید دارد.
