چکیده

در این پژوهش سعی شده است با اتخاذ نگاهی چند­­­جانبه به موضوع سلامت سازمانی، الگویی جامع و متوازن جهت ارزیابی و بهبود سلامت سازمانی شرکت فولاد مبارکه اصفهان و ویژگی­های تأثیرگذار بر آن ارائه گردد. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی، از منظر روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع گرانددی نظام‌مند است. در ابتدا با هدف روشن­نمودن مسیر از نمونه­گیری هدفمند و در ادامه نیز جهت دستیابی به اشباع نظری از نمونه­گیری نظری از بین ذینفعان کلیدی این شرکت استفاده شده است. روش­های گردآوری داده­ها مصاحبه نیمه­ساختار­یافته و مصاحبه گروه کانونی بوده است. با تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار Atlas.ti 8 طی فرایند مقایسه مستمر 1532 نقل‌قول، 104 کد باز و 37 مقوله نهایی شناسایی شده از انواع عوامل علی، پدیده­محوری، راهبردها، عوامل زمینه­ای، عوامل مداخله­گر و پیامدها، در قالب الگوی پارادایمی سلامت سازمانی این شرکت از دیدگاه ذینفعان کلیدی ارائه گردیده است. برای بررسی روایی الگو از شیوه کیفی و از شاخص‌های کمی CVI [1] و CVR [2] از نظر پنل خبرگان به تعداد 8 نفر و پایایی از روش‌های کیفی و روش کمی پایایی بازآزمون استفاده گردیده است. نتایج بیانگر ارتباط سلامت سازمانی با رهبری، جهت­گیری، فرهنگ و جو سازمانی، شایستگی، توسعه حرفه­ای، نوآوری، انسجام، مسئولیت­پذیری، اعتماد، اشتیاق، استقلال، چابکی، قابلیت سازگاری و آمادگی برای تغییر، نحوه استفاده از منابع، حمایت، ادراک از سازمان، تکنولوژی، توجه به خواسته­ها و انتظارات ذینفعان و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های سازمان در قالب الگوی ارائه شده می‌باشد.
