چکیده

به‌عنوان پدیده­های طبیعی اجتماعی، شایعه‌پراکنی و سخن‌چینی در محیط­های اجتماعی ازجمله محل کار اجتناب‌ناپذیرند. تخمین زده می‌شود که افراد دوسوم از وقت خود را صرف بحث در مورد موضوعات اجتماعی می­کنند، لذا محل کار زمینه‌ای ایده آل برای این دو رفتار است. شایعه‌پراکنی و سخن‌چینی، رفتارهایی هستند که تقریباً همه افراد در هر سازمانی آن‌ها را تجربه می­کنند، می­شنوند و احتمالاً در آن مشارکت می­کنند. این‌گونه رفتارها احتمالاً تأثیرات منفی بر سایر رفتارهای کارکنان دارد، لذا هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر شایعه‌پراکنی و سخن‌چینی در سازمان‌های بخش دولتی بر نگرش­های شغلی و عملکرد کاری کارکنان از طریق بدانگارپنداری سازمانی است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام کار، از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان 20 سازمان دولتی در سطح شهر مشهد است که از آمادگی لازم برای همکاری و شرکت در پژوهش برخوردار بودند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده­ها از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی استفاده شد. حداقل حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 467 نفر به دست آمد که درنهایت 480 پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی موردبررسی قرار گرفت و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بزرگ‌تر از 70/. برای سازه‌های مختلف پرسش‌نامه، پایایی آن را مورد تأیید قرار داد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که سخن‌چینی شغلی و غیر شغلی و همچنین شایعه‌سازی بر بدانگارپنداری اثر مثبت و معنادار دارند. علاوه بر این اثر بدانگار پنداری بر رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و عملکرد کاری منفی و معنادار و بر قصد ترک سازمان مثبت و معنادار به دست آمد.
