چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه میان تدابیر سیاسی و سبک های حل مسأله افراد انجام شده است. به این منظور 220 نفر از کارمندان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی به صورت تصادفی از میان 1000کارمند دانشگاه انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه استاندارد سنجش سبک حل مسأله هلریگل، اسلوکوم و وودمن و پرسشنامه رفتارسیاسی ای.جی.دوبرین استفاده شد. طی نتایج به دست آمده، ارتباط مثبتی میان قضاوت عاطفی با چاپلوسی، استفاده سیاسی از اطلاعات، ایجاد الزام اخلاقی، معاشرت با افراد ذی نفوذ و ایجاد پایگاه حمایتی وجود دارد. همچنین ارتباط معکوسی میان قضاوت منطقی با چاپلوسی، استفاده سیاسی از اطلاعات، ایجاد الزام اخلاقی، معاشرت با افراد ذی نفوذ و ایجاد پایگاه حمایتی وجود دارد. میان ادراک شهودی با استفاده سیاسی از اطلاعات، و ایجاد الزام اخلاقی، ارتباط و همسویی وجود دارد. ادراک حسی نیز با چاپلوسی، استفاده سیاسی از اطلاعات و ایجاد الزام اخلاقی رابطه معکوس داشت.
