چکیده
  Abstract The aim of present study is to examine the relationship between political tactics and individuals’ problem-solving methods. For this purpose, a sample of 220 was randomly selected from 1000 employees of Shahid Beheshti University. In order to measure the variables, the standard questionnaire of problem-solving method of Helrigel, Slocholm, and Woodman and the political behavior questionnaire of A.J. Dobrin were used.
