چکیده

بقاء در محیط نامطمئن و پر رقابت کنونی، سازمان‌ها را به داشتن نیروهایی متخصص و ماهر ملزم ساخته است؛ نیروهایی که فراتر از وظایف تکلیفی خود عمل نمایند، زیرا موفقیت سازمان‌ها به وجود این نیروها بستگی زیادی دارد. عوامل متعدی در شکل‌گیری این رفتار نقش دارند. در تحقیق حاضر این عوامل با توجه به مدل هاکمن و اولدهام مورد بررسی واقع شد و به جای نتایج فردی و سازمانی، رفتار شهروندی سازمان مورد توجه قرار گرفت. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و جامعه آماری تعداد 250 نفر است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بوده و از فنون آماری فراوانی و درصد و ضریب همبستگی برای تجزیه و تحلیل سوال‌ها، رد یا تایید فرضیه‌ها و برای دستیابی به میزان و شدت رابطه متغیرها استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بین ابعاد اصلی شغل با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی(460/0‏R=‎‏)، بین حالت‌های اصلی روانشناختی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی(647/0‏R=‎‏) و بین ویژگی‌های شغلی با ترکیب دو مولفه ابعاد اصلی و حالت‌های روانی حساس با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی(553/0R= ) رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در پایان پیشنهاد‌هایی برای بهبود رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در مرکز آموزش صدا و سیما ارائه گردید.
