چکیده
یکی از مهم ترین مباحث پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش، تعیین زیرساخت های آن است؛ از این رو هدف این تحقیق، طراحی الگوی زیرساختی مورد نیاز به منظور پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان های دولتی ایران می باشد. این مقاله بر مبنای یافته های تحقیق میدانی در سازمان های دولتی استان خراسان رضوی تنظیم شده است. مدل اولیه تحقیق از طریق تکنیک دلفی نهایی گردید. برای آزمون مدل، از کارکنان لیسانس و بالاتر سازمان های دولتی استان خراسان رضوی نمونه گیری تصادفی صورت پذیرفت. برای دستیابی به ابعاد زیرساختی مدیریت دانش، رویکرد فنی و اجتماعی مبنای عمل واقع گردید و از پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده و آزمون فرضیات تحقیق استفاده شد. از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزاری LISREL جهت بررسی روابط بین متغیرها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد فرهنگ سازمانی با محوریت: فرهنگ یادگیری، اعتماد و همکاری، ساختار سازمانی حول: عدم تمرکز و رسمیت، همچنین حمایت فناوری اطلاعات و انگیزش کارکنان مهم ترین زیرساخت های مورد نیاز پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در سطح سازمان های دولتی مورد مطالعه محسوب می گردند.
