چکیده
از جمله پرسش های مهمی که در زمینه معنویت در کار مورد توجه قرار گرفته ، توجه به ارتباط میان این سازه با نگرش-های کاری کارکنان است؛ ازاین رو جهت بررسی تاثیر معنویت در کار بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه شیراز به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم (با تاکید بر نقش واسط تعهد سازمانی) چهار فرضیه اصلی مطرح گردیده است. مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزیی با کمک نرم افزار "اسمارت پی ال اس" و تحلیل پاسخ های 155 نفر از کارکنان غیر هیأت علمی دانشگاه شیراز به منظور بررسی مدل های اندازه گیری و ساختاری و آزمون فرضیه ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، نشان می دهد مدل به کار گرفته شده، مدل نظری مناسبی برای پیش بینی پیامدهای رفتاری کارکنان بوده و همه روابط مستقیم میان متغیرهای مدل نیز، معنادار بوده اند. همچنین یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد معنویت در کار تاثیر تعیین کننده ای بر رفتارهای کمک کننده، رفتارهای کلامی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان دارد. بنابراین، آگاه کردن مدیران نسبت به وجود این عامل ارزشمند و چگونگی استفاده از آن در پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی، می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در بهبود عملکرد سازمان داشته باشد.
