چکیده
هدف این مقاله، بررسی رابطه بین مؤلفه های کیفیت زندگی کاری و رضایت شغلی است. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل مدیران، معاونان و کارشناسان شرکت گاز استان خراسان رضوی می باشد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از حجم نمونه 146 نفر، از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده رضایت شغلی و مؤلفه های کیفیت زندگی کاری استفاده شده است. به منظور بررسی معناداری فرضیه های مطرح شده در تحقیق از آزمون های همبستگی اسپیرمن و پیرسون بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد سطح کیفیت زندگی کاری و رضایت شغلی کارکنان در حد متوسط بوده و رابطه مثبت و معناداری نیز بین این دو متغیر وجود دارد. از طرفی یافته ها حاکی از آن است که بین هر یک از مؤلفه های کیفیت زندگی کاری از دیدگاه والتون شامل پرداخت منصفانه و کافی به کارکنان، محیط کار ایمن و بهداشتی، تأمین فرصت رشد و امنیت مداوم، قانون گرایی، وابستگی اجتماعی، فضای کلی زندگی کاری، یکپارچگی و انسجام اجتماعی و توسعه قابلیت های انسانی کارکنان با رضایت شغلی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
