چکیده
در عصر حاضر که عصر اقتصاد خدمات لقب گرفته، موفقیت سازمانها در گرو ارائة خدماتی باکیفیت است. ازاین رو سازمانها برای بقا در اندیشة بهکارگیری ابزارهایی همچون مدیریت دانش بهسر میبرند. فعالیتهای انسانی، مانند تسهیم دانش میان اعضای سازمان، پایه و اساس فرآیند مدیریت دانش در سازمانهاست. تحقیقات اخیر نشان داده است قرارداد روانشناختی و سرمایة اجتماعی رابطهای، تمایل افراد را برای تسهیم دانش و خلق دانش جدید در سازمانها برمیانگیزند. باتوجه به اهمیت اعتماد متقابل و همکاری که دو مؤلفة سرمایة اجتماعی رابطهای میباشند، در این مقاله نقش میانجیگری آنها در رابطة بین قرارداد روانشناختی رابطهای و تسهیم دانش میان کارکنان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بررسی شده است. دادههای مورد نیاز ازطریق پرسشنامههای مورداستفاده در مطالعات پیشین با تأیید مجدد روایی و پایایی و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی جمعآوری شده و 210 پرسشنامة واجد شرایط مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، پیمایشی- تحلیلی بوده و مبتنی بر الگوی مدلیابی معادلة ساختاری است. یافتههای این پژوهش، نشاندهندة میانجیگری کامل متغیر همکاری در رابطة بین قرارداد روانشناختی رابطهای و تسهیم دانش بود، درحالیکه میانجیگری متغیر اعتماد متقابل در رابطة بین این دو مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت.
