چکیده
اعتماد از عناصر مهم روابط انسانی و زمینه ساز همکاری میان اعضای سازمان است. اعتماد می تواند در حد خاص گرایانه بین شخصی یا درون گروهی باشد و درحد عام گرایانه، تعمیم یافته و مرتبط به کل سازمان باشد. اعتماد خاص گرایانه – عام گرایانه به عنوان یک فرایند تعاملی پیچیده تحت تاثیر عوامل و متغیرهای گوناگون فردی و اجتماعی است که ویژگی های شخصیتی (نظام تمایلات)، روابط اجتماعی و پایگاه اجتماعی - اقتصادی از مهم ترین این عوامل به شمار می آیند. تحقیق حاضر به تبیین اعتماد عام گرایانه و بررسی عوامل موثر برآن در سازمان های دولتی و عمومی کاشان می پردازد. نتایج این تحقیق که حاصل جمع آوری اطلاعات از یک نمونه 363 نفری است، نشان می دهد در جامعه مورد بررسی بین اعتمادعام گرایانه با رضایت شغلی، احساس امنیت، خوش بینی، مشارکت، اعتماد به مدیریت و بده بستان ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد، ولی رابطه معناداری بین متغیرهای دسترسی به اطلاعات، گروه های مرجع وجایگاه سازمانی با اعتماد عام گرایانه مشاهده نمی شود. به طورکلی رابطه معناداری بین روابط اجتماعی کارکنان و اعتماد عام گرایانه وجود دارد.
