چکیده

یکی از چالش های جدی شرکت های بیمه، افزایش متوسط زمان پرداخت خسارت به بیمه گزاران زیان دیده است. تاکنون مطالعات متعددی در زمینه علل و راه مقابله با این پدیده ارائه گردیده؛ اما کمتر به نتایج اثربخش منجر شده است. بنابراین در این مقاله، یک مدل شبیه سازی شده از زنجیره خدمات شرکت های بیمه بر اساس متدولوژی پویاشناسی سیستم ارائه می گردد. مدل زنجیره خدمات بیمه به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل و بهبود کیفیت خدمات بیمه ای از جمله متوسط زمان پرداخت خسارت شبیه سازی شده است. نتایج حاصل از ساخت مدل ریاضی غیر خطی، که با شبیه سازی روی کامپیوتر از طریق نرم افزار Vensim تحلیل گردید، نشان می دهد دو عامل اصلی افزاینده متوسط زمان پرداخت خسارت عبارتند از: افزایش بوروکراسی اداری و افزایش تعداد مشتریان شرکت بیمه. همچنین دو عامل اصلی کاهنده متوسط زمان پرداخت خسارت عبارتند از: بهبود عملکرد نیروی انسانی و بهبود استفاده کارا از فناوری اطلاعات.
