چکیده
در این پژوهش، با اتخاذ راهبرد پیمایش، به بررسی تاثیر رهبری خدمتگزار و ابعاد آن بر اعتماد در تیم و اثربخشی تیمی پرداخته شده است. رهبری خدمتگزار به عنوان یکی از الگوهای نوین رهبری در سازمان، طی سالهای اخیر مورد توجه پژوهشگران و دست اندرکاران اجرایی قرار گرفته است. از طرفی، سازمان های آموزش عالی در هزاره سوم، برای حفظ و افزایش اعتماد و اثربخشی به چنین سبکی از رهبری نیاز دارند که ابعاد آن طبق مطالعه پترسون شامل: خدمت رسانی، نوع دوستی، محبت اخلاقی، تواضع و فروتنی، قابلیت اعتماد، چشم انداز و توانمندسازی در نظر گرفته شده است. لذا، نمونه مورد مطالعه ی این تحقیق از میان اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه هرات به شیوه نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند و بدین ترتیب دادههای گردآوری شده از 170 پرسشنامه توزیع شده میان آنها به کمک روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) از طریق نرم افزار آماری PLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که مدل معادلات ساختاری به کار گرفته شده، مدل نظری قوی برای پیش بینی اثربخشی تیمی از طریق رهبری خدمتگزار و اعتماد در تیم است. همچنین، تاثیر معنادار رهبری خدمتگزار و اعتماد در تیم بر اثربخشی تیمی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. از طرفی، تاثیر غیرمستقیم رهبری خدمتگزار بر اثربخشی تیمی از طریق اعتماد در تیم نیز مورد تائید قرار گرفت که نشان دهنده نقش واسط اعتماد بین فردی در اعضای تیمهاست. در واقع، نتایج حاصله نشان-دهنده این است که رهبری خدمتگزار و اعتماد در تیم، اهرم هایی قوی در ارتقا و بهبود اثربخشی تیمی هستند.
